The general meeting once again will be held at Due South Brewing Co.  We’ll be meeting there for all of the general monthly meetings for the foreseeable future! 

Our next meeting will be held Thursday May 9th (it’s always on the 2nd Thur of the month) The business meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. Items on the agenda for this month is the Old School Square Beer Fest on Saturday evening May 18th and the Club Brew Date also on the 18th, starting at 9:00am at the High Noon Brewery

Congrats to all medal winners in this years Blow-off! First and foremost a huge Thank You to dALE & Debbie for hosting us again. And another big Thank You to all who helped make it a great event and our biggest ever. 458 ENTRIES, WOW!,

This month’s edumacational topic will be Belgian Strong Ales, specifically Belgain Tripels.

Since 1991, the mission of the Palm Beach Draughtsmen  homebrew club has been to promote the art and science  of brewing beers, meads and ciders.  We are based in the West  Palm Beach area and welcome all who are interested in expanding their homebrewing knowledge.  We have a monthly  meeting (except in  December), which covers club business and includes a beer, mead or cider-related  educational topic.  We also convene for a monthly hoppy hour at good beer establishments on the 3rd Friday of most months, although this will be changing for ’13 to include meeting at folks’ houses, group brew sessions and a pub crawl.  Of course, we always manage to find time for socializing and tasting each  others’ brews!  We host three annual events – The Hurricane Blowoff homebrew competition in April , a Seafood Feastival in July  and an Octoberfest during mid-October.  We also have various club brew sessions,  participate in teach a friend to homebrew day, national homebrew and mead day,  and have occasional pubcrawls.  So check us out; becoming a Draughtsmen includes the following benefits:
