Are You Ready For The Biggest And Best Blowoff Yet?

We’re having the May meeting @ AJ’s Beer City in Jupiter on the 10th – 7pm.  AJ’s is located at 221 Center St in the heart of Jumpin’ Jupiter!   Hurricane Blowoff recap, the upcoming elections, and other items will be discussed.  The Edumacational Topic will be Porters, lead by Joe Peters.  We’ll sample a few commerical and homebrewed examples.  If you have one that you created, or a commercial one you’d like to share, please bring it with you! Hop to see you there!

The May Hoppy Hour will be at the Blue Anchor in downtown Delray on the 18th.  More info under the calendar to your left very soon!

The 17th Annual Hurricane Blowoff Competition is history and another record # of entries were judged.  Check out the Blowoff page for the competition winners and some stats will be posted in the next few days!

Since 1991, the mission of the Palm Beach Draughtsmen  homebrew club has been to promote the art and science  of brewing beers, meads and ciders.  We are based in the West  Palm Beach area and welcome all who are interested in expanding their homebrewing knowledge.  We have a monthly  meeting (except in  December), which covers club business and includes a beer, mead or cider-related  educational topic.  We also join together for a monthly hoppy hour at good beer establishments on the 3rd Friday of most months.  Of course, we always manage to find time for socializing and tasting each  others’ brews!  We host three annual major  events – The Hurricane Blowoff homebrew competition in April , a Seafood Feastival in July  and an Octoberfest during mid-October.  We also have various club brew sessions,  participate in teach a friend to homebrew day, national homebrew and mead day,  and have occasional pubcrawls.  So check us out; becoming a Draughtsmen includes the following membership benefits:
