Since 1991, the mission of the Palm Beach Draughtsmen  homebrew club has been to promote the art and science  of brewing beers, meads and ciders.  We are based in the West  Palm Beach area and welcome all who are interested in expanding their homebrewing knowledge.  We have a monthly  meeting (except in  December), which covers club business and includes a beer, mead or cider-related  educational topic.  We also join together for a monthly hoppy hour at good beer establishments on the 3rd Friday of most months.  Of course, we always manage to find time for socializing and tasting each  others’ brews!  We host three annual major  events – The Hurricane Blowoff homebrew competition in April , a Seafood Feastival in July  and an Octoberfest during mid-October.  We also have various club brew sessions,  participate in teach a friend to homebrew day, national homebrew and mead day,  and have occasional pubcrawls.  So check us out!  All 2012 club membership benefits will be posted soon.

We’re kicking off the new year with our January meeting next Thursday (the 12th) at AJ’s Beer City, located at 221 Center St, Jupiter. The Edumacational Topic will be meads, lead by AofJ (AndyofJandy). Hop to see you there!
